Getting started with ACLogics is quick and straightforward. This guide covers how to install the app on your iOS device, create or sign into your account, manage multiple profiles, and troubleshoot common connection or credential issues.
1. Installing ACLogics
ACLogics is designed specifically for iOS and iPadOS devices.
- Download link: You can download the application directly from the Apple App Store at App Store Listing.
- System Requirements: Ensure your iPhone or iPad is running a supported version of iOS with active cellular data or Wi-Fi.
2. Creating an Account and Signing In
Once the app is installed on your device, launch it to set up your access:
- Choose a Provider: Sign in using your preferred authentication method (Email, Apple ID, Google ID, or Microsoft account).
- Keep it Consistent: Always use the exact same email address or sign-in provider each time you log in.
- Organization Accounts: If your company invited you to a corporate or team account, sign in using the exact email address where you received the invitation.
[!NOTE] All diagnostic history, team memberships, custom reports, and subscription levels are permanently tied to the specific account you sign in with.
3. Managing Multiple Accounts
You can associate multiple profiles with a single sign-in or email address. This allows you to have one personal account and multiple organization accounts accessible under one sign-in.
If you need to switch between accounts:
- Switch Accounts: Tap your Account Badge in the navigation bar, then tap the desired account or organization from the accounts list.
- No Sign-Out Required: You do not need to sign out and log back in to switch between profiles linked to the same sign-in/email.
- Verify Context: Before starting diagnostic work in the field, always double-check your active profile in the accounts menu to ensure your work is logged to the correct history.
4. Troubleshooting Sign-In Issues
If you encounter errors or cannot complete the sign-in flow, check the following:
